Mommy & Me

The Mommy & Me support group is an opportunity for babies and mothers to get together and share experiences with one another and a health care professional. This group meets weekly to discuss topics such as developmental milestones, playing with baby, sharing hot new baby items, feeding concerns, sleep patterns and soothing fussy babies. No registration required.

• A safe and welcoming place for all new moms to get out of the house for support and fellowship with other moms of young babies.
• Led and supported by Aurora Grafton’s lactation department, but all families are welcome. Breast feeding help and advice available
• Babies need to be 1 year of age or under.
• We prefer older siblings not attend. This allows all moms to be able to focus on their new babies and themselves.

Please enter through door #1 and take the elevator up to the Health Department on the second floor, room 246.
