Immunizations are the best way to protect individuals from diseases that are potentially harmful and sometimes deadly.

VFC Program
Vaccines For Children through 18 years of age and:
– Medicaid eligible or enrolled
– Underinsured*: health insurance coverage does not include vaccines or only covers selected vaccines
– Uninsured: no health insurance
– American Indian or Alaska Native
*Call the health department for information

VFA Program
Vaccines For Adults 19 years of age or older and:
– Underinsured: health insurance coverage does not include vaccines or only covers selected vaccines, insurance does not provide first-dollar coverage for vaccines (e.g. includes copays, coinsurance or deductibles for vaccines) or insurance caps vaccine coverage at a certain amount

Seasonal Vaccines
(e.g. Flu, COVID-19)
For individuals 19 and older. Call for additional eligibility screening.
