The health department does not maintain records about removal of underground or above ground storage tanks, septic systems, private water wells or releases of hazardous material. Each respective County Planning, Zoning or Land Use office or individual municipalities may have some of these records: Washington County / Ozaukee County.

The health department has only a limited number of lead and asbestos abatement records.
